Get Out of the Gate Quicker
Start with our code base and hit the ground running. We start by installing our open source Drupal distribution, ZenSource Lotus, which comes with our standard modules and configurations set up by default. We use Drupal’s own Composer foundation project to reduce friction with updates, as well as an architecture that utilizes flexible page layouts and content modules. We also built foundational Drupal models, improving on existing modules to get site builds out of the gate quicker.
CMS Migration Scripting
ZenSource’s foundational features streamline the content migration process—with features that include automatic media de-duplication; auto-conversion of freeform images, documents and PDFs into media entities; and the auto-removal of embedded HTML/CSS from imported content. We also integrated standardized content inventory templates to identify content and start-scripts for loading content via Drupal Migrate API. This all comes together to allow a majority of your existing content to automatically (and cleanly) import into ZenSource.
Co-Development Across Teams
Our architecture is designed for co-development with in-house teams, giving developers access to our code base and repository. This allows for development as one team and makes handoff after go-live even easier. ZenSource’s code base is fully documented and provides hands-on developer training to ensure in-house teams can easily maintain what we build.
